To make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we offer a variety of payment options in our online shop.

Pay conveniently via Paypal.

Payment is made without deduction.

NEW: PayPal installment purchase. Decide how many installments you want to pay in (up to 24 months possible).

We accept VISA and Mastercard. Payment is made without deductions.

Important: Credit card payments are not possible for international transactions involving medical devices.

You pay the invoice directly to the Deutsche Post/DHL delivery person upon parcel delivery.

In addition to the invoice amount, less a 3% discount, a cash on delivery fee of €5.60 (plus VAT) will be charged.

Please transfer the invoice amount in advance, based on our order confirmation. We grant you a 3% discount.

As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship the goods as quickly as possible.

We will debit the invoice amount (goods invoices only) from your account, less a 3% discount.

If you’d like to pay us by direct debit, please download our SEPA mandate form and return it to us, completed and signed.

You transfer the invoice either within 10 days with a 2% discount or within 30 days net without deduction.
